The FCF Family Embarks into Gawad Kalinga Project

 The FCF family is gearing itself into a project of building 3 to 4 homes (for a start) in GK Bulaklakan Village in Quezon City, sometime this year i.e. November 2011.

The FCF leadership hopes to raise money to cover expenses toward building these homes. Gawad Kalinga aims to provide homes to the homeless especially those who are living in squatter areas. It aims not only to build families, communities but a nation. For as long as there is poverty in the Philippines, the nation will not be at peace.

FCF responds to God\'s call to help the poor in the Philiipines. If you want to contribute to this endeavour, please don\'t hesitate to contact the leaders of this church.

Night of Refreshing: FCF Holy Ghost Night

The FCF Family held their 2011 Holy Ghost Night on the 11th of June. Many were baptised with the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues for the first time, some received a renewal and refreshing and many others were affirmed by God\'s love, peace, joy and wisdom.

Pastor Rudy spoke about the incident in Acts 2 where tongues of fire appeared and sat upon each of the believers in the Upper room who were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues. Pastor Rudy said that this marked the beginning of a very powerful evangelistic work of the disciples; he emphasized how important baptism with the Holy Spirit is to believers in becoming witnesses for Jesus!

Praise God for His continuous presence in our midst!

Rekindle goes Broadway, a Success!

The YC Rekindle goes Broadway Valentines affair was a tremendous success! It was attended by around 140 guests who came dressed for the occasion. Special mention to Glenmore Park Homecare group who came dressed as cats, illustrating the musical CATS.

The atmosphere was full of fun, love, music and laughter, accompanied by good food and lots of prizes! It was good to see couples holding hands, eyes stayed on each other and dancing sweetly. The event has accomplished its purpose of bringing kindles into husband and wife relationships. It is exciting to see how couples exhibited that spirit of bringing their love under God\'s grace and protection! To God be the glory!!

DVBS, A Success!

DVBS, A Success!
 The Childrens\' 6 days Daily Vacation Bible School (DVBS) program was concluded last Saturday 29th January with a special presentation by the 44 children who enrolled. The Growth Centre was opened for parents to view the Power Projects by their kids, walk through and feel the rooms where the Amazing Bible Stories and Super Snacks were conducted. Afterward, a fellowship morning tea was served for parents to enjoy.

DVBS was truly a worthwhile endeavour with the childrens enthusiasm and the great collaboration between the Youth with a Destiny(YD) and the Childrens Ministry team. Praise God for all the talents/skils and the wonderful facilities FCF is so blessed to have! Everything flowed so smoothly and the quality of the presentations was amazing.

There is a plan to have another DVBS program next year.

2010 New Years Eve Celebration

Members, families and friends of FCF are invited to an evening of fellowship to celebrate the coming of the New Year 2011. Come for an evening of Praise & Worship, music, live and recorded testimonies and thanksgiving, fun and games, and media noche (midnight supper). Then we will watch the Sydney fireworks on the big screen, at exactly 12:00 midnight.

This happy event will be held in the premises (i.e. in the Piazza) of FCF Life Centre, 111 Eskdale St., Minchinbury from 9:00pm to 1:00am.
