The Pastor and his team
Rudy & Marion Tan, Pastor
Rudy and Marion are two of the few pioneers of FCF when they faithfully committed themselves to serve as co- leaders with five other couples in the fellowship, until 1989 when Rudy was appointed Pastor in-charge of the newly chartered church. In 1995, Rudy answered God’s call in his life when he assumed full-time pastoral role, leaving his lucrative work as a Systems Manager of a multi national company in Australia.
Rudy is an ordained minister with the Church of the Foursquare Gospel Australia Ltd. He is currently serving as a Director of the Foursquare Board and has served as the District Supervisor of Foursquare churches for 7 years. He is a regular lecturer in LIFE Bible College in Westmead. Rudy holds a Diploma in Theology from LIFE Bible College and has also completed consultations at the Jack Hayford School of Pastoral Nurture (SPN), Kings Seminary in Los Angeles. Rudy exhibits a unique blend of leadership and pastoral solid biblical teaching.
Marion, an ordained minister and a graduate in LIFE Bible College supports Rudy in the ministry, and works part-time for the church. Rudy and Marion have 2 adult children who are now both married, and a grandson.
Ian & Liwi Domecillo, Assistant Pastors
Ian and Liwi are also two of the men and women who pioneered FCF and have been part of the early leadership team of the fellowship. Ian coordinates the Worship ministry whilst maintaining a secular job with a prestigious government agency as a Manager. Ian is an Accountant (CPA), a graduate of LIFE Bible College and an ordained minister of the Church of the Foursquare Gospel of Australia. He is on the preaching-teaching rotation in FCF. Liwi supports Ian in the ministry whilst doing full-time work in a gov't office.
Glenn & Monina Castro, Youth Pastors
Glenn and Monina lead the FCF Youth with a Destiny (YD). They both have a passion to reach out to the youth, equip them with the word of God and help them realise their God-given destiny. They are both graduates of LIFE Bible College. Glenn is completing consultations at the School of Pastoral Nurture (SPN) at Kings Seminary. He is an ordained pastor of the Church of the Foursquare Gospel of Australia, and a Maths teacher at a Christian School. Monina is a Chartered Accountant and works full-time as a Manager in a Federal government institution.
Danny & Lorie Pineda, Associate Pastors
Danny and Lorie co-lead the visitation ministry. Both have been Church Elders before they were appointed visitation support pastor. Danny is a graduate of LIFE Bible College and an ordained minister of the Church of the Foursquare Gospel of Australia. Danny also works full-time with the State government. Lorie supports the Pastor in the administration of family camps and leaders’ retreats while working full-time as a Finance Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
Nonoy & Beng Perdon, Associate Pastors
Domingo “Nonoy” and Belinda “Beng” co-lead the visitation ministry. They have been Church Elders before their appointment as support pastor. Both Nonoy and Beng are graduates of LIFE Bible College and Nonoy is an ordained minister of the Church of the Foursquare Gospel of Australia. Nonoy runs his own business as a publisher and editor of a Filipino community newspaper whilst Beng works full-time as a registered nurse in a large hospital.
Rudy & Dorie Tirados, Associate Pastors
Rudy and Dory have been with FCF, some time after its inception. Both are graduates of LIFE Bible College and Rudy is an ordained minister of the Church of the Foursquare Gospel of Australia. He is a Retired Accountant and functions as the Church Treasurer, a support in Administration and is a member of the Business Council. Both Rudy and Dory have a passion for missions. They have been in the Philippine missions & medical field as Advisers to the FCF mission teams.
