Rudy and Marion are two of the few pioneers of FCF. They faithfully committed themselves to serve as co-leaders with five other couples until 1989 when Rudy was appointed Pastor in-charge of the newly chartered church. In 1995, Rudy answered God’s call in his life when he assumed full-time pastoral role, leaving his lucrative work as a Systems Development Manager of a multinational company in Australia.
 
Rudy is an ordained minister with the Church of the Foursquare Gospel Australia Ltd. He is currently serving as a Director of the Foursquare Board and as General Supervisor of Foursquare churches. He is a lecturer at LIFE Bible College in Westmead and presently serves as its Principal. Rudy holds a Diploma in Theology and has completed five consultations at the Jack W Hayford School of Pastoral Nurture (SPN) at Kings Seminary in Los Angeles.
 
As a devoted student of the Word, he leads the congregation in faithful study and application of the teachings of Lord Jesus Christ. He is constantly learning the delicate balance of truth and grace and champions an approach to the world through the love of God and by the power of His Spirit. His ministry life aspiration is to shepherd God’s people according to the integrity of his heart and to guide them by the skilfulness of his hands (Psalm 78:72).

Marion, an ordained minister and a graduate of LIFE Bible College supports Rudy in the ministry, and works part-time for the church. Rudy and Marion have 2 adult children, both of whom are married, blessing Rudy and Marion with three grandsons.
